As a fourth-generation leader of McCoy’s, Meagan brings a unique blend of operational excellence and heartfelt purpose to her role. From starting on the telephone switchboard as a child to now leading an organization with more than 85 locations and over $1 billion in annual revenue, her story is one of resilience, vision, and deep-rooted values.

Raised in San Marcos, Meagan McCoy Jones holds a degree from the University of Richmond—where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa—and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She was named President & COO of McCoy’s in 2019 and promoted to CEO in 2022.

All women are asked to bring a donation for the Hays Caldwell Women's Center!  Desired items include gently worn clothing, hygiene supplies, and baby goods, etc.!  A list of top needs will be shared with all registrants before the event.
